Zerogrey's Marketing Referral Program (essentially a 'tell-a-friend' reward scheme) is now live.  Customers can email their friends about one of our online shops and if a friend completes a specified action, e.g. he/she buys something, the original customer is rewarded. The program's flexibility and overall benefits are numerous.

The reward conditions are variable: the customer can be rewarded if his/her friend buys something or even if the friend simply registers on the shop in question. Likewise, the reward can range from a free shipping voucher to a once-off 20% discount to a 15 euro off voucher and beyond. Each brand has a wide variety of options to choose from.

The benefits of such a scheme are many: not only are more sales generated, but the shop's user list is expanded when new customers register. However, most important of all is that the program engenders in the customer a connection with the online shop and encourages repeat shopping.
